IT’S TIME TO LEARN!!

At Atlantic Canada Language Academy, we are offering our top English Language Program in the evenings  to enhance your academic or professional English skills, prepare you for your English language proficiency test and give you the confidence you need in your language skills!

Our English for Academic Purposes course includes all the academic elements of our classroom experience: reading, writing, listening and speaking AND all of our 21st Century Skills, which are a key part of our teaching methodology.

ENGLISH FOR ACADEMIC PURPOSES PROGRAM
  • 16 lessons per week for 30 weeks
  • 4 lessons per day, including new grammar and vocabulary (40-50%), speaking, listening, reading and writing skills (50-60%) developing interesting, personally relevant themes.
  • The week’s program is planned and explained by the class teacher and includes feedback and suggestions from students.

Class Size

All ACLA courses have a minimum age requirement of 16, an average class size of 8, and a maximum class size of 14.
Lessons are 50 minutes in duration.
