|Protected Persons||Notification letter from the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada noting their protected status is conferred|
|Canadian Citizens born outside Canada||Citizenship Card or Canadian Passport|
|Individuals Awaiting Statutory Checks||A letter from Citizenship and Immigration indicating that individuals are awaiting statutory CIC checks|
|Nova Scotia Nominees||Letter of nomination from the Nova Scotia Office of Immigration|
|PR Applicants with Work Permit||Valid temporary or post graduate work permit AND a letter from NS Office of Immigration confirming the receipt of the application, OR a letter from Citizenship and Immigration Canada confirming the application|
